When will I receive my order?

We have begun accepting Pre-Orders for Ramadan 2024!

If you order before February 1st, you will receive your order 3-4 weeks before the start of Ramadan, giving you plenty of time to set-up for the season.

If you order after February 1st, we cannot guarantee stock availability as we tend to sell out fast. We highly encourage all of our customers to place their orders before February 1st to ensure product availability.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you after you place your oder. Please check your email inbox for your order tracking information.

If for some reason your package was lost in transit or if you haven't received it within 5 business days, write us at contact@ramadaninflatables.com or use our contact form and we'll find it and/or replace it immediately.

Do you accept returns?

Of course! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all of the accessories and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

See our return and refund policy for more information.

How do I set-up and take-down my inflatables?

Good question. It's so easy, your kids can do it, supervised!

1) Gather the kids for the show!

2) Insert all of your inflatables’ plugs/adaptors into your outlets (or extension cords).

3) Watch them as they all inflate together in 60 seconds or less.

4) Keep them plugged in all Ramadan to enjoy with your family, guests and neighbors!

Once Eid Al-Fitr ends, unplug and roll the air out to store back in their original packaging, ready for Eid-Al Adha!

Can I keep my inflatables outside all Ramadan?

Yes!

We highly encourage you to do so. Keep them plugged in all Ramadan to enjoy with your family, guests and neighbors.

Please be advised: In extreme temperatures below 5 degrees Fahrenheit, like all inflatables, the motor may temporarily stop running but will restart at higher temperatures.

What is Islam?

Islam is a monotheistic religion based on the teachings of Prophet Muhammad and the Holy Quran.

It emphasizes the oneness of God (Allah in Arabic) and teaches its adherents, known as Muslims, to live a life of compassion, honesty, and justice.

Central to Islam are the Five Pillars - faith, prayer, charity, fasting, and pilgrimage to Mecca - which guide Muslims in their daily lives and spiritual journey, fostering a strong sense of community and moral responsibility.

What is Ramadan?

Ramadan is the name of the holiest month in the Islamic calendar. It is a time of deep spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and heightened devotion for Muslims around the world. It's marked by the fast from dawn to sunset, which fosters a sense of empathy for the less fortunate, strengthens community bonds, and purifies the soul.

This sacred period is beautifully illuminated by the warmth of family gatherings, the sharing of iftar (ending of the daily fast) meals at sunset, and the peaceful nights of prayer, making it a truly enchanting and transformative time of the year.

What does Ramadan/ Eid Mubarak mean?

"Ramadan Mubarak" and "Eid Mubarak" are traditional greetings used by Muslims during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan and the festival of Eid, respectively.

  1. Ramadan Mubarak: This phrase translates to "Blessed Ramadan" in English. It's a way for Muslims to wish each other well for the month of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer, and reflection. The greeting acknowledges the sanctity and the blessings that the month brings.
  2. Eid Mubarak: This phrase means "Blessed Festival." Eid is celebrated at the end of Ramadan, known as Eid al-Fitr, and also after the Hajj pilgrimage period, known as Eid al-Adha. The term "Eid Mubarak" is used to offer best wishes and blessings on these two joyous Muslim holidays, which are marked by communal prayers, feasts, and charity.
